Notes & Regulations

1. Staff Quota (Maximum of 3 persons per booth)
   • Cosplayer Booth Owner (Package Entitlement): 1 or 2 persons are allowed to manage the booth
   • If there are additional assistants (paid): You can purchase Support passes at 800 THB per person (No cash coupons included. Assistants must be at least 20 years old before the event day and the fee must be paid alongside the booth fee after the selection announcement).
   • Additional assistants can be brought as long as the total number (Owner + Assistants) does not exceed 3 persons per booth
   • If 1 Booth Owner attends: You can purchase up to 2 assistant passes
   • If 2 Booth Owners attend: You can purchase up to 1 assistant pass
   ⚠️ Important Note on Seating: The organizer will provide only 2 chairs per booth. If your booth has more than 2 staff members in total, no additional chairs will be provided.
2. Late Arrival: If you are running late on the event day, please inform the staff in advance. If you are more than 3 hours late, your booth will be dismantled and cleared out immediately.
3. Cancellation: Selected Cosplayer booths that cannot attend will receive a full refund. The slot will then be passed to the next backup Cosplayer in order. Selling or transferring your booth to others without official permission from the team is strictly prohibited.
4. Identity Verification: If the names of the booth operators on the event day do not match the names registered on the platform, the booth will be shut down and cleared immediately upon discovery.
